What is
#GGMovement?

The Global Gestures Movement (GG Movement), spearheaded by DP Education, is committed to ending sexual harassment in public spaces and empowering women and girls worldwide. This cutting-edge campaign introduces protective gestures and digital emojis that enable individuals to signal distress and seek help discreetly and effectively.

Sexual harassment significantly limits women’s freedom and participation in society. The GG Movement addresses this issue with safety gestures designed to raise awareness and teach preventive measures. Fully aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 5.2, our initiative seeks to eradicate violence against women and girls in all aspects of life.

Moreover, we are dedicated to fostering societal change by educating young boys on the values of respect and dignity towards women and girls from an early age. Through targeted educational programs and community engagement, we aim to instill these values deeply within the next generation, ensuring they contribute to a safer, fairer society. Our comprehensive approach tackles immediate safety concerns and drives long-term cultural transformation, promoting equality and respect for all.

OUR MISSION

We are dedicated to ending sexual harassment against women and girls in public spaces by equipping them with intuitive gestures and enhancing their awareness through education and proactive measures. Our mission is in strict alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 5.2, which focuses on eradicating violence against women and girls in both public and private spheres.

Vision

To create a world where every individual, regardless of gender, experiences safety and respect in all aspects of public life. We envision a society where women and girls move freely and confidently, supported by intuitive safety gestures that ensure their protection. Our vision is for future generations, especially young boys, to grow up with an ingrained respect for everyone, contributing to a culture that universally condemns and actively combats sexual harassment.
